Electrace Heating recently having complete some works at the Diageo Cameronbridge plant. We have been awarded further works within the plant.
Candleriggs
Electrace Heating have recently been awarded the trace heating at a new build apartment complex in glasgow city centre. The project scope is for frost protection to all car park water services.
This project has a quick start date and look forward to working for a new client hopefully leading to future works.

Digital Take Off
All of our Take offs for projects are done digitally.
With a fully custom take off programme we are able to quickly and accuratley take measures from all plan drawings, JPEG images and even google maps for external services or roofing projects.
All projects are important to Electrace Heating no matter the size.
Every project we work on once complete the client receives a full marked drawing showing which services are traced, where junctions, thermostats and temperature probes are located.
Included within out commissioning report is Installation certificate, Calibration certificate, marked drawings, Method statement & data sheets for all components used.
All this information is critical when it comes to the O&M for new builds or refurbishments to ensure the correct care and maintenance is achieved to prolong the life expectancy of the new trace heating system.
